Santa Barbara Wine Club Terms of Agreement

By signing up for the wine club online, you agree to the following policies and comittments of Paradise Springs Wine Club membership.

I authorize Paradise Springs Winery to automatically charge my credit card each quarter for the membership options I have chosen in addition to state sales tax.

• 3 Bottle Pickup Club Membership $100-$200*
• 3 Bottle Shipping Club Membership $150-$250*
• 6 Bottle Pickup Club Membership $250-$350*
• 6 Bottle Shipping Club Membership $400-$500*
• 12 Bottle Pickup Club Membership $500+*
• 12 Bottle Shipping Club Membership $650+*

*Price depends on wines selected for quarterly order

I agree to a minimum commitment of paying for and receiving four quarters of wine club orders (billed quarterly in February, May, August, and November) in addition to my signup purchase and understand that this agreement renews each quarter after the minimum commitment is met, until the membership is canceled.

I understand that my membership does not cancel automatically, and cancellations must be made in writing and received by PSW at least two weeks prior to the wine club quarterly billing date. 

I understand that if I wish to cancel my membership prior to fulfilling my contractual commitment of four quarters, I must pay back the discounts I have received, or purchase the remaining number of bottles to fulfill the commitment, or pay the $100 early cancellation fee.

I authorize Paradise Springs Winery to charge the credit card on file for all applicable shipping costs.

I acknowledge that if my order is returned to Paradise Springs after three failed delivery attempts, I will be automatically charged the $20 “Return to Shipper” fee. I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate in a timely manner with Paradise Springs to let them know if I am unable to receive a delivery on the scheduled date. 

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my billing and shipping information is up-to-date prior to the shipping of my order, and if I fail to do so I will be automatically charged a $20 “Shipping Reroute” fee if my order must be re-routed.

I agree to not dispute the membership or shipping charges with my credit card company unless I cancel my membership in writing and show proof with a date stamp of that cancellation notification occurring before my card was charged.

I understand that federal law requires an adult signature from someone 21 years or older for all wine deliveries and accepts any additional shipping charges for misdirected, returned, or reshipped wine.

Club Members must be in good standing with all selections accepted and paid for, in order to receive benefits. Wine Club benefits are for use by the Wine Club Member and are not transferable.
